About Sofia

Sofia Nitchie is Licensed Massage Therapist in Maryland as of May 2012.

Currently Sofia is corn, gluten and potato free due to food sensitivities and avoiding sugars.

In 2009 she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College. The year after graduation marked a shift from politics to wellness. Working a year as a volunteer with children at Benjamin Franklin K-8 and performing physical service throughout Philadelphia inspired her to get her hands involved and help people in direct one-one massage therapy sessions.

The goal is to leave clients relaxed, relieved and with a smile on their face. Social justice, health, and education are still strong interests in addition to writing, art, music, and the many modalities of healing out there to learn. She plans to gradually introduce other modalities into her practice over time.
